You will have a tracking link in your dispatch email. Standard UK delivery is 2-4 working days. If it is past that, reply to the dispatch email and we will chase the courier for you.
Yes - that is most of what we do. Send the breed, age, weight and a photo of how they currently sleep and we will pick three options.
Photograph the item and the box and email both to us within 48 hours. We send a replacement immediately and cover the return postage.
