These terms apply to every order placed on nuzzleandkip.co.uk. Placing an order means you accept them. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send the dispatch email, not when you pay. If an item is out of stock or mispriced we will contact you and refund in full – we will never quietly substitute a different product.
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the prevailing rate. Delivery is added at checkout and shown before you pay. We accept card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not offer buy-now-pay-later products.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on the courier. Risk passes to you on delivery. See our delivery page for current rates and times.
You may cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and we extend that to used beds provided they are clean. Full process on the returns page.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If they are not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Normal wear from a pet using a bed daily is not a fault.
We describe materials, dimensions and care honestly and test what we sell. Colours vary slightly between screens, and measurements carry a small manufacturing tolerance. No bed is advertised as indestructible.
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breaking these terms. We are not liable for business losses, and nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
Keep your password to yourself. We may suspend an account used for fraud, abuse of staff, or systematic returns abuse.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
