Size it right first time

Most returns are size, not quality

A bed that is one size too small is the single biggest reason a pet ignores it. Three measurements and you will never guess again.

1

Measure nose to tail

With your dog lying stretched out, measure from nose tip to base of tail.

2

Add 15-20cm

That extra is the difference between a bed they fit in and one they sink into.

3

Check the inner size

Every listing shows internal sleeping area, not just the outside footprint.

Why Nuzzle & Kip

We only sell beds we would put in our own hallway

We are a small UK team. Every bed is sample-tested with real dogs and cats before it goes on the site, and anything that flattens, smells or frays in testing never makes it here.

What UK owners tell us

Verified buyers only. We publish the three-star ones too.

★★★★★

She was asleep in it within ten minutes

Our collie has ignored three beds. This one she claimed the same evening. The walls are high enough that she can tuck her nose in, which is clearly the whole point for her.

Worth it for the washable cover alone

Zip comes off in seconds, 30 degree wash, back on the same day. Our labrador is ten and struggles on hard floors – he settles much faster on the memory foam.

★★★★

Cat approved, packaging less so

The donut bed is genuinely lovely and our older cat sleeps in it all day. Four stars only because the box arrived a bit battered – support sent a new one without arguing.

Questions

Before you order

How do I know which size to buy?

Measure your pet nose to base of tail while they are lying stretched out, then add 15-20cm. Every product page lists the internal sleeping area, and our size guide has a breed-by-breed chart if you would rather start there.

What if my dog or cat refuses the bed?

It happens - some pets take a fortnight to switch beds. You have 14 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund, used or not, as long as it is clean. We pay return postage on faulty items; standard returns are £4.95.

Are the covers machine washable?

Almost all of them. Look for the Easy Clean badge on the product page - those have fully removable, zip-off covers rated for a 30°C machine wash. Never tumble dry the waterproof liners.

How fast is delivery?

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Standard UK delivery is 2-4 working days and free over £49. Next-day is £6.95 to most of mainland UK.

Do you offer Klarna or Clearpay?

No, and that is deliberate. We would rather you bought a bed comfortably - or waited for a sale - than carried a repayment plan for a cushion. Card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay are all accepted.
